Site work and paving for a civil project in Throop, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of (a) Charles Street: reconstructing approximately 174 feet of sanitary sewer, abandonment of the existing sewer piping, reconnecting associated laterals, a manhole replacement, pavement restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic of Charles Street in the Borough of Throop; and (b) Dunmore Street: reconstructing approximately 242 feet of sanitary sewer, reconnecting associated laterals, two replacement manholes, pavement restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic of Dunmore Street in the Borough of Throop. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
