Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Throop, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing approximately 540 feet of sanitary sewer, abandonment and grouting of the existing sewer, cured in place pipe lining of approximately 345 feet of existing sewer, associated laterals, manholes, pavement restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic of Pearl Street in the Borough of Throop. Also included is a profile mill and overlay of Delaware Street to remove puddles. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. T he following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
