Flooring will be slab on grade with second floor poured slab over metal decking. Floor finish will be VCT. Building will be Type II-B sprinklered. Roofing will be 60 mil. Single Ply White roof over 5" Poly-Ico. Walls will be continuous 1.5" rigid insulation taped joints for air and vapor barrier. Utility Brick veneer to match existing with contrasting grey brick to match existing concrete banding.
