Renovation of a swimming pool in Urbana, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,700-square-foot swimming pool.
Project Description: Project consists of removing existing EPDM membrane roofing on the Urbana Aquatic Center. Roof areas is approximately 20,700 square feet. New insulation will be installed, anew fully adhered TPO membrane will be installed along with required flashing and roof edge. Subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to obtain plans through Roofing Contractors although additional sets will be available at the cost of printing. When requesting documents, identify the contract or trade you are bidding. Contractors who do not submit a bid will forfeit their drawing deposit. Additional shipping charges will apply. The Urbana School District #116, Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, towaive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding and to accept the bids deemed most favorable to their interest, after all bids have been examined and evaluated
