Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of constructing three regulation sized pickleball courts at Manor Park. The work includes subbase, base course, post-tensioned concrete and 8' chain-link fencing. An alternate bid for reinforced concrete will also be taken. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Helms and Associates, 416 N. Production St., Aberdeen, South Dakota 57401 (605) 225-1212 operations@helmsengineering.com. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
