Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Estimated cost ; $50,000 to $75,000 The Project consists of installation of asphalt paving and concrete curb for a portion of North Laurel Street in Manheim Borough. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Clarification Deadline - 3/23/2021 5:00 Pm Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form and a Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Qualified Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MBE/WBE) are encouraged to respond to the Invitation to Bid. Manheim Borough hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
