Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palmer Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 23, 2021, the award amount is $1,154,230.95. The Contract Period is 180 calendar days. Due to Covid-19 protocols, access to the Municipal Building is controlled. Please contact Ms. Brenda DeGerolamo (BDeGerolamo@Palmertwp.com) or at 610-253-7191 to arrange delivery of your Bid. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud thereafter on the same day at the Charles Chrin Community Center, 4100 Green Pond Road, Palmer PA 18045. The principal items of work include but are not limited to: The demolition and excavation of existing pavement structure, subgrade preparation, subbase installation, roadway paving, driveway reconstruction, signage relocation, installation and replacement of miscellaneous curb, installation of storm sewers, utility structure elevation adjustment, topsoiling, seeding, and mulching. Contractors must obtain a printed copy of the Documents from The Pidcock Company to submit a bid. A Bid received from a Contractor who did not obtain Bidding Documents directly from The Pidcock Company will be rejected.
