Demolish and dispose of two existing clarifiers mechanisms and install two 60-foot, owner furnished clarifier mechanisms in the existing concrete tanks and reconstruct concrete sidewalks around clarifiers. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled ATTN. CLERK: CLARIFIER BID and shall contain, as a minimum, all of the following: Proposal (P-1-4), Legal Status of Bidder (LS-1), and Bid Certification (BC-1). Bids shall be mailed, or hand delivered to the City drop box located on the east side of the driveway when entering from the fountain circle. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the bid opening will not be open to the public. Tabulation sheets will be provided to any interested party no later than the following day. PROPOSAL WITHDRAWAL: Withdrawal of any Proposal is prohibited for a period of 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNERS RIGHTS: The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Proposal in full or in part, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any Proposal, in the interest of the OWNER.
