Calhoun and Jackson County are seeking bids for bituminous cold patching material for use in the repair of potholes. The projected annual purchase of cold patching materials is approximately 1632 Tons between Jackson and Calhoun based upon historical use; however, Jackson and Calhoun, Bidders are requested to submit pricing based upon both delivered product as well as product which is picked up from the awarded bidder's location. The awarded bidder shall be able to produce and deliver these materials to stockpiles located in Jackson and Calhoun County and in the the amounts described. The intent of the Counties is to obtain patching material which will be remain pliable and workable at a temperature of 15 degrees F. The term of this contract will be for one (1) year, with the option to extend this agreement for one (1) year. Questions that arise as a result of this RFB should be submitted via the Vendor Registry electronically.Questions are due by Thursday, January 20, 2022 @ 5:00 PM The Counties reserves the right to reissue the request for proposal.
