Site work and renovation of an office development in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,322-square-foot office development; and for site work for a office development.
The project includes the interior renovation of approximately 3,070 SF of office space of the Human Resources Building. Staff will be relocated during renovation work, so the building will not be occupied. The scope will include, but is not limited to: i. Removal of interior walls, ceilings, and doors to reconfigure offices and support services. ii. Construction of new interior walls, ceilings, doors, flooring, wall materials and finishes. iii. New accessible restrooms with new fixtures iv. Re-distribution and modification of existing HVAC ductwork with new grills and registers v. New lighting fixtures, access control system, and fire alarm system vi. Secondary electrical panels to be relocated vii. Exterior improvements to include new front handrails and ramp modifications
