Project scope consists of but is not limited to site work, existing building demolition, existing pavement/ storm drainage demolition, tree removal, new paving, new storm drainage, fencing, grading and new building addition including masonry, steel studs, structural steel, metal deck, SSMR and Bitumen roofing, new doors, storefronts, windows, flooring, painting, information specialties, interior accessories, fire suppression system, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. Construction is anticipated to begin December 2022.
