Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pleasantville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Construction of two 22'x24'x15.5' each concrete digester/sludge holding tanks; provide and install of aeration/mixing equipment; electrical; associated work, The work includes all materials, labor and equipment necessary for excavation, backfill and sitework; treatment equipment, pumps, blowers, compressors, piping, and valves; cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures, and appurtenances; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, including power wiring, controls, and instrumentation; surface restoration; material testing, startup; and miscellaneous associated work, including clean-up. The ENGINEER will provide construction staking with maximum of 2 trips, one for initial staking and one for follow-up in the event stakes are destroyed and need to be re-established. Additional trips will be paid by Contractor.
