Replies will be issued to Prime Bidders of record as Addenda to the Bidding Documents. Interpretations, corrections or changes of the Bidding Documents made in any other manner will not be binding and Bidders shall not rely upon them. The Architect-Engineer and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification
