Renovation of a civil project in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

**As of June 3,2021 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is mid-July.** The project contemplated consists of replacement of four (4) non-clog dry pit centrifugal waste activated sludge pumps and associated equipment. The equipment (Waste Activated Sludge Pump Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4) are located within the basement of WAS Pump Station 1 and 2 (Building 334 and 335) of the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility (SSWRF). Remove the four (4) existing pump motors, motor stands, pumps and pump pedestals. Remove the four (4) existing suction elbows from existing piping. Blast clean and epoxy coat the four (4) suction elbows, reinstall. Hand tool and epoxy coat the four (4) pump pedestals. Blast clean and epoxy coat the four (4) motor stands. Furnish and install four (4) new nonclog dry-pit centrifugal pumps to the newly paintedpump pedestals. Anchor the four (4) newly painted motor stands to the pump pedestals. Furnish and install four (4) new electrical motors. Connect the pumps to the drive systems. Balance and align the pumps to the drivesystem and as installed under normal operating conditions. Provide all necessary pipings and pipe fittings to reconnect the seal flush water supplyand drains. Complete 7-day test run on each pump. Other work as described in the specifications and as necessary to complete the project
