Site work for a museum in Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a museum.
The project is the restoration of the historic lightstation on Cana Island in Door County, Wisconsin. The restoration consists of the interior spaces of the lighthouse tower and Keeper's Residence Separate bids will be accepted for the following packages: A. Selective Demolition B. Concrete C. Historic Masonry D. Misc. Metals (furnish only) E. General Trades / Carpentry F. Architectural Woodwork (furnish only) G. Insulation H. Joint Sealants I. Doors, Frames, and Hardware (furnish only) J. Wood Windows / Glazing K. Wood Flooring L. Plaster and Stucco M. Resilient Stair Treads N. Painting O. Plumbing P. HVAC Q. Electrical R. Final Cleaning No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Door County for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids. The County of Door reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, or parts thereof. The County of Door reserves the right to consider all elements entering into the question determining the responsibility of the bidder. The award for this work or these services or this product shall be to the lowest responsible bidder. A responsible bidder is one who is not only financially responsible, but who is possessed of the judgement, skill, ability, capacity and integrity requisite and necessary to perform a public contract according to its terms. The County of Door reserves the right to waive irregularities, informalities, minor deviations, and technical defects in bids
