The work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction project listed below: The project is officially known as Marina Dredging 2025. The project is described as dredging material within the marina and in the channel leading to the marina, in the Town of Baileys Harbor, WI. This project will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the containment (erosion control), dredging, dewatering, and hauling of up to 9,000 cubic yards of material. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order or bidders' bond for an amount equal to at least 5 percent (%) of the total bid, made payable to the Town of Baileys Harbor, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into the contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Question Deadline 12/27/2024-All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for Opening of Bids may not be answered. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting unless specifically requested by interested bidders.
