All work must be completed by December 31st, 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order or bidders' bond for an amount equal to at least 5 percent (%) of the total bid, made payable to the Town of Baileys Harbor, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into the contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
