Site work and paving for a road / highway in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 18,200 SY FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION 14,300 GAL BITUMINOUS MATERIAL FOR SEAL COAT 300 TN SEAL COAT AGGREGATE FA-3 - MODIFIED 250 TN SEAL COAT AGGREGATE FA-2 - MODIFIED together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by September 24, 2021. A Bid shall be submitted no later than the date and time prescribed and at the place indicated in the advertisement or invitation to bid. For this project, the City will be accepting both paper bids and online. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Forest Lake shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby
