Remodeling of an educational facility in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Replacement of existing fieldhouse dome with precast wall and steel joist roof enclosure. A link will be added between the two arenas to provide access to the ice resurfacer room from each rink. The center courtyard will be paved to be used for building service. Upgrades will be made to existing HVAC equipment and ductwork. Site work includes the addition of a parking turnaround, service drive gate and electrical transformer. Additions and alterations at the Forest Lake Sports Center Fieldhouse Arena. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the owner for five percent (5%) security of the total amount of the Bid. The Owner's intent of award or judgment will be announced within that period. The Owner may make investigations as deemed necessary to determine the qualifications and ability of the Bidders to perform the work. Policies regarding payment of prevailing wages and equal employment opportunity apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject Bids in whole or in part, and to waive Bidding informalities or irregularities. P.No- 22014.00
