RFP: 25213022- Hydrologic & Hydraulic Engineering Services- Term Agreement Project No. Various/Various STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES STATEWIDE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES DIVISION SOUTHCOAST REGION NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Hydrologic & Hydraulic Engineering Services- Term Agreement RFP Number 25213022 The Department intends to enter into a negotiated term agreement for professional services for hydrologic and hydraulic engineering services for Southcoast region. This will be a 2 year agreement with two single year extensions. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from May 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. Cost of these professional services is expected to exceed $1,000,000. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 11, 2021 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK 99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than April 1, 2021, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages.
