HVAC Construction contract - Gaudelli Bros., Inc. in the amount of $3,357,600 Plumbing Construction contract - Jay R. Reynolds, Inc. in the amount of $954,000 Electrical Construction contract - J. R. Metzger, Inc. in the amount of $2,070,800 The project at Sun Valley High School consists of renovations to the classrooms, the auditorium, the art and music roooms, and to the athletic area. A small addition is included for music. F.Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1.General Building Construction. 2.Mechanical Construction. 3.Plumbing Construction, to include sprinkler system. 4.Electrical Construction .Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10% percent of the proposal amount.
