**As of June 30, 2022, project was awarded to Sumco Eco Contracting, awarded amount is $315,824.75.** 2022 Stormwater Basin Improvements Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves stormwater improvements in the existing basins including, installation of stormwater piping, structures, grading, and tying into existing structures. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids
