Site work for a road / highway in Aston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves the installation of aerial fiber optic traffic system along Concord Road (SR 3007) from the intersection of Pennell Road (SR 0452)/Knowlton Road (SR 3022) to Bridgewater Road in Aston Township, Delaware County. This project also involves connection of the fiber to the individual traffic signal controllers to establish communications. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
