Renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Location: 124 N 20th Street, Omaha, NE 68102 The Project consists of replacement of air handlers and major building equipment as well as providing fifteen new classrooms via an addition, and a renovated administration area. The addition will include a new front entrance on the parking lot side that will allow for accessible drop off and pick up as well as a new administration area. Driveways and Entrances: Keep driveway and entrance serving the site clear and available to the Tenant, and emergency vehicles at all times. Do not use these areas for parking or storage of materials. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for storage of materials and equipment on-site. Contractor to install Project Sign as indicated below. Contractor to verify with Architect final sign location on the site. 1. PROJECT SIGN to be provided by Owner installed by Contractor. Contractor to provide 4 x 4 posts and necessary bracing.
