Support Services Center (SSC), located at 13906 F St., Omaha, NE for the construction project generally described as the Millard South High School Pool Lighting Upgrade. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The pool lighting system at South High School is in need of replacement. The project includes removal of the existing pool area lighting fixtures, equipment and cabling and replacing it with new LED lighting and light controls. B. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the South High School Pool Replacement. C. Work in the facility shall be allowed after normal student classroom hours during the school year and all hours during summer break. However, the contractor must provide, at all times, for clear exit paths, proper lighting, and fire/smoke protection (subject to approval of all authorities having jurisdiction) and protection against any and all fumes and odors caused by construction activities. The contractor shall halt or modify any activities the Owner determines to be disruptive in any manner to their continued use of the building
