Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a restaurant; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans call for the construction of 12 soccer fields and two buildings with concessions/restrooms along with parking. As of November 13, 2025, an updated scope of work was approved by city council in early November and final design is underway. An architect and CMAR have been chosen. Construction is expected to begin in late Q4 of 2025 and conclude in Q4 of 2027.
