Addition of a owner supplied six - classroom modular building including site work and limited associated infrastructure. Additional civil work includes road frontage improvement along with site improvements and utility work. Estimated Construction Cost: $ 3,600,000. Immediately following the 3:00 PM deadline, Base Bids and Alternate Bids with Subcontractor List along with all supplements will be publicly opened and read aloud, at the front entry doors of Aspire Middle School. Proposals received after the dates and hours stated above may not receive consideration. Structural Steel and Rebar Subcontractors List shall be submitted up to 2:00 PM April 8th, 2021 - Hand delivered to North Thurston Public Schools c/o Construction & Design, 6620 Carpenter Rd SE, Lacey, WA 98503. It is encouraged that all companies intending to bid as a prime contractor have an employee of the company attend and identify themselves and the company on the sign-in sheet. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner.
