Renovation of a municipal facility in Stillwater, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This portion of the project involves exterior restoration and some interior structural reinforcing of the Historic Courthouse which was built in 1870 and is on the National Historic Register of Historic Places. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
