Scope: a senior housing continuum care development. The proposed project will have a total of 109 dwelling units – one memory care/assisted living Special Care Home, 70 independent living units, 18 units of senior duplexes, and 20 units of workforce housing. The assisted living special care home and memory care facility would total 94,175 sq. ft. with 116 beds. The three-story senior independent living building would total approximately 80,169 sq. ft. with 70 living units. The 18 senior duplexes would total approximately 8,020 sq. ft. The 20 units of workforce housing for onsite employees would total 11,626 sq. ft. The project will also include a 7,252 sq. ft. daycare facility limited to 36 students and 10 employees, a 7,745 sq. ft. community building to be utilized by residents, and a 0.75-acre park. As of June 1, 2026, this project remains in final planning with no building permits submitted to the City of Santa Barbara.
