In 2019, the City Council adopted a five-year maintenance plan that identifies pavement rehabilitation projects throughout the City. The purpose of this RFP is to facilitate the selection of a qualified consultant firm to perform pavement analysis and develop pavement rehabilitation recommendations for street segments to be considered for rehabilitation this year. After identifying the appropriate treatment for rehabilitation, the consultant shall develop plans, specifications, and estimate of cost, and provide bid support services. The following is a list of the streets and limits that will be included for analysis and design. All questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted in writing (via email is acceptable to ssweeney@ci.guadalupe.ca.us) to the Public Works Director. All questions must be submitted by the date provided in the schedule below. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
