Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Proposed work includes the supply and installation of precast concrete paver stones, cast in place concrete underlay, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer mains and structures, lighting upgrades, electrical conduit, traffic control, and environmental protection. General Contractors only may obtain Drawings and Specifications from CBCL Limited, 77 Westmorland Street, Suite 110, Fredericton, NB 506-450-9441 at a cost of $50.00 (including HST) per set, non-refundable. Only Contractors who have received the tender directly from CBCL Limited are eligible to submit a tender on this project. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents. * Award subject to final approval.
