Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of the replacement of three existing skylights with a new roof structure and clerestory windows, a new entrance curtainwall, and fall protection at the Wake County Public Safety Center 330 S. Salisbury Street Raleigh, NC 27601. The work also consists of fall protection at the L Building Parking Deck north and south stair towers. Division 05 Metals / Division 07 Thermal Moisture Protection / Division 08 Doors & Windows / Division 09 Finishes / Division 21 Fire Protection / Division 22 Plumbing / Division 26 Electrical Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 05 5500 of the Project Manual. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities Addendum #1-#5 have been issued.
