The Project consists of Fire Renovations; consists of the new finishes, new appliances and fixtures, site restoration, fire proofing, electrical systems upgrades, plumbing system repairs, radiator repairs, etc. as indicated in the documents. Project Location: Bridgeview Manor- 2 Islandview Court Bayonne, New Jersey 07002 The bidder shall provide bid on the prescribed forms with appropriate spaces properly filled in and with all required supporting documentation, in a sealed envelope: o Addressed to the Housing Authority of the City of Bayonne. o Bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope. Clearly marked "BID" with the contract title and/or BID # being identified o Bidders shall submit an original as well as one (1) printed copy, clearly labeled as "COPY." Bidders shall also provide a digital copy (USB drive, CD, etc.). It is the bidder's responsibility to see that the bid is presented to the Housing Authority of the City of Bayonne, on the hour and at the place designated. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed; however, the Housing Authority of the City of Bayonne disclaims any responsibility for bids forwarded by regular or overnight mail. If the bid is sent by overnight mail, the designation above, must also appear on the outside of the delivery company envelope. Bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Bayonne.
