As of March 9, 2022, the project has been awarded to Precision Grade for $596,336.50. The project involves the construction of traffic calming measures on Ladd Lane from Tres Pinos Road to Southside Road, and on Southside Road from San Benito Street to Ladd Lane. Traffic calming elements to be installed include slurry seal, traffic circles, rubberized curb protected bike lanes, high visibility crosswalks, and signing and striping. All work is to be done at the places and in the particular locations, of the forms, sizes and dimensions and of the materials and to the lines and as shown and delineated upon the plans and specifications made therefore and approved by the City. The Bidder shall possess a Class A with the provisions of the specifications and on itemized estimates duly certified and approved by the City Engineer submitted in accordance therewith, based on labor and materials incorporated into said work by the contractor.
