The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the City's Small Works Roster utilizing MRSC Rosters for the installation of a new white 50-Mil PVC single ply roof membrane system over the existing flat built up roof system installed in 1997. Fire station 1 is located at 325 Metcalf Street, Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284. The current roof is made up of a torch down composition membrane and is approximately 3750' square feet. Please see "Exhibit A" for an aerial view of the roof, and "Exhibit B" which is a diagram of the original roof framing plan. Basis for selection will consist of comparison of lump sum bid and a review of qualifications and references. The City of Sedro-Woolley reserves the right, without any liability on our part, to accept a proposal of the bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid, to reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise, if the best interest of the City is served thereby.
