KSD38 will be accepting sealed lump sum bids for Bid Package #1 which includes work for Building and Site Renovations work: - BP#1-2 Demolition; BP#1-6a General Trades; BP#1-6b Casework; BP#1-9a Acoustical Panels & Ceilings; BP#1-9b Resilient Floor & Carpet; BP#1-22 Plumbing; BP#1-23 HVAC; BP#1-26 Electrical & Low Voltage Kenilworth School District 38 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept the bid from the lowest responsive, responsible bidder which is considered to be in the best interest of the District. All bids are to be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders as noted in the Project Manual. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will also be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond as noted in the Bid Documents.
