Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tyler, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 5/3/2021 project was not yet been awarded. Anticipate award date next week. The work includes the construction of approximately: 17,370 Gallons Bituminous Material for Seal Coat (CRS-2P) 695 Tons Seal Coat Aggregate (FA-2, Class C) together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Tyler shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
