Renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Refurbish AHU-1 and AHU-2 located in the basement level of the building. Refurbish AHU-3 and AHU-4 located in the Penthouse level of the building. Refurbish the buildings air-cooled chiller located on the roof. Replace two building restroom exhaust fans, one is located on the roof and the other is located in the Penthouse. Replace existing heated water control valves at all terminal boxes located on the third and fourth floors of the building. The building's digital control (DDC) system graphics shall be upgraded to the most current configuration. All airside systems shall have a complete functional analysis completed to ensure proper operation. Rebalance all building air-side systems; this contract shall be direct to DPW and not included in the Bid. Whisperwood Way, Boise, ID 83709, (208) 384-0585 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
