Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a post-secondary education facility.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Removal of the existing chiller and cooling tower and connection of the building chilled water system to the existing campus district chilled water system including new pumps, variable frequency drives and associated piping, controls, power in the Liberal Arts, Riverfront Hall and Albertsons Library Buildings and site work and underground piping adjacent to the Liberal Arts Building A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
