Renovation of a medical facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replacing the existing 20-ton outdoor dry cooler, dual pump system, and indoor CRAC unit. The new 20-ton cooling system shall integrate into the existing Liebert control system. Work shall also include replacement of some perforated floor tiles to improve airflow and to update the control setpoints of the existing 30-ton cooling system to improve system performance.
