Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for all the necessary equipment, labor, and materials to install a City furnished turbo blower. The work shall be completed in accordance with these special provisions, technical specifications, contract drawings and contract documents. The Contract work shall be fully complete no later than June 15, 2021 Pursuant to RCW 39.08.010, should the award amount be less than $35,000, the City may, in lieu of the Payment and Performance Bond requirements for this project, retain fifty percent of the contract amount for a period of thirty days after the date of final acceptance, or until receipt of all necessary releases from the department of revenue, the employment security department, and the department of labor and industries and settlement of any liens filed under chapter 60.28 RCW, whichever is later. The CITY OF VANCOUVER reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any and all quotations received or to waive any informalities and irregularities if in the best interest of the City.
