Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will retrofit the county's existing storm system to install storm filter cartridges vaults and catch basins and which provide water quality treatment before storm water runoff is discharged to Cougar Creek. Primary bid items: Mobilization, Project Temporary Traffic Control, Pedestrian Traffic Control, HMA CL. 3/8 IN. PG 58H-22, Planning Bituminous Pavement, Cement Conc. Traffic Curb and Gutter, Cement Conc. Sidewalk, Manhole 48 Inch Diam. Type 1, Storm Sewer Pipe 18 In. Diam. and Storm Sewer Pipe 10 In. Diam. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County.
