Site work and paving for a civil project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Federal Agreement No. LA11079 For the following: This Contract provides for the improvements of Evergreen Highway from Chelsea Avenue to Image Road. Proposed pervious pathway on the south side of Evergreen with storm improvements, a retaining wall, and privacy fence and other minor landscape updates and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 150 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waivermin or informalities in bids received. Question Deadline 11/05/2025 at 5:00 PM PT All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email to procurement.services@cityofvancouver.us. Engineer's Estimate - $3M-$3.4M *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
