The purpose of this RFP is to permit the consultant community to provide qualifications and suggested approaches to assist Clark County Parks and Nature with the development of a Transition Plan that will meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Contract Intended to Begin June 1, 2025 Final date for Addendum, if needed March 13, 2025. Clark County reserves the right to extend the contract resulting from this RFP for a period of two (2) additional years, in one (1) year increments, with the same terms and conditions, with the exception of cost, by service of a written notice of its intention to do so prior to the contract termination date. Cost for additional option year(s) shall be reviewed prior to extension of the contract. The county also reserves the right to terminate the contract, with thirty (30) days written notice, at any time if the requirements of the contract are not being met satisfactorily, solely in the county's judgment. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
