Description of work: Improvement of various county roadways by planing, pavement repair, over-excavation, roadway surface preparation, cleaning, sweeping, pre-leveling, applying tack coat, hot mix asphalt overlays, approach transitions, driveway improvements, striping, signage and other related work. Primary bid items: Project Temporary Traffic Control, HMA CL. 3/8 IN. PG 58H-22, HMA for Pre-leveling, HMA for Pavement Repair, Pavement Repair Excavation, Planing Bituminous Pavement, Permanent Signing, Permanent Striping. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted using the electronically. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County.
