This project will replace the existing Building 100 with a new facility on the existing site. The selected firm will provide geotechnical services throughout the life of the project, from initial site investigation through construction completion. Project Overview - Cascadia Tech Academy Building 100 Replacement The project will replace and expand the existing 62,000 SF building to meet enrollment needs, conduct site work to increase student safety and ease of access. The committee will review all documents submitted and select the firm deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
