The Contractor shall furnish and provide qualified traffic control personnel, equipment, and transportation in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and, the terms of the contract, including the General Conditions and Special Provisions attached thereto. The Work may be at various locations throughout the District service area and various times of day. The Contractor shall provide traffic control plans when required for the Work and adequate safeguards, safety devices, protective equipment, and other needed actions to protect the life, health, and safety of the workers, the public, and property in connection with the performance of the Work. All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email, by 5:00 P.M. on February 20, 2025, to Dustin Harris, Maintenance Supervisor, at dharris@crwwd.com. All services and work performed under the contract is subject to state prevailing wage rates. Bidders may not alter their bid prices after the hour set for the Bid due date, unless the award of contract is delayed for more than forty-five (45) days. The District reserves the right to request an extension of time for firm bid prices during any such delay to allow for the review process.
