Provide all materials required for this Project ~ Replace existing light fixtures with low energy fixtures. ~ Replace existing light hand switches, OH door control stations, and covers ~ Replace HOA exterior lighting control with timers/contactor panels. ~ Replace FRP light poles with aluminum poles ~ Add conduit seal offs at selected locations ~ Provide quantities of spare light fixtures listed ~ Other work as shown on the drawings or required to complete the work of this Project. Award of contract is not anticipated to occur prior to Tuesday, April 8, 2025. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
