Site work and renovation of a civil project in Anderson, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Engineer Construction Cost Estimate is $395,000 to $435,000. The Project consists of the construction of approximately 915 feet of 4-inch sewer force main, sewage lift station, and appurtenances, complete. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids will be on a lump-sum/unit-price basis. All bids shall be evaluated on the basis of the Base Bid amount. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be listed on a Bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code Section 1771.1(a)]. Copies of referenced Standard Specifications (SS) for Public Works Construction, 2018 edition, commonly called the Greenbook, containing the General Provisions and Standard Technical Specifications, may be obtained from Building News, Inc., 1612 South Clementine Street, Anaheim, CA 92802, (714) 517-0970. Prospective Bidders shall be licensed Contractors in the State of California and shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of work called for under the Contract. Each Bidder shall have a Class A California Contractors license.
