Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a service station / car wash facility; for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work generally consists of removal of existing fuel island canopy superstructure, canopy footings, bollards, concrete islands, concrete parking pad and associated items indicated, and installation of new concrete pad and islands, and installation of new canopy superstructure and other associated items. The Work also includes removal and reinstallation of fueling stations, card reader and other indicated items. Pre-Bid Questions are required to be submitted electronically.
